Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website apiapk.cc and the ApkJSON (together, the "Service") provided by Yourseoboard LLC, 400 Harbour Pl Dr, Apartment 1262, Tampa, FL 33602, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account, using an API key or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ApkJSON provides data about apps published on Google Play — app details, installs, ratings, prices, categories, release and update dates, developers, apps that have been removed from the store, and keywords used in app titles — through an API and on the website. We collect publicly visible store pages and refresh the database nightly; the data reflects the store at the time of collection and may be incomplete or out of date. Install counts, ratings and other figures are shown as published by the store. ApkJSON is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google; Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials, passkeys and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.
• Notify us without delay at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account or keys. You can revoke keys at any time in your account.

3. API use and limits

• Every API call costs credits as listed on the pricing page. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, a per-minute rate limit and a maximum number of API keys; additional credits can be bought in packs. Requests above the limits or without enough credits are rejected.
• You may use the data in your own tools, reports for your clients and products, including commercial ones.
• You must not: resell or redistribute raw API access; share keys with third parties outside your organisation; circumvent quotas (for example by creating multiple free accounts); scrape the website instead of using the API; use the Service to build a competing app-data API or database; or use the Service for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes.
• Developer contact details (email, phone, address, legal name) are available on the Business plan only. They are published by developers on Google Play for user support. If you receive them, you act as an independent controller: you must have a lawful basis under the data protection laws that apply to you (for example GDPR), respect opt-outs and anti-spam rules, and not sell or publish them further.
• We may suspend or block accounts or keys that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor Stripe. Prices, renewals, cancellation and refunds are described in the Subscriptions & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific response times or the completeness of the data unless agreed in a separate written agreement. We may change, add or remove features, endpoints, countries or limits. Material changes to paid plans will be announced in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and the ApkJSON name and logo belong to Yourseoboard LLC. Data obtained through the Service may be used according to these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or for decisions made on the basis of the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections 6–9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of US. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
